Founder, Designer & Strategist

  • I don’t remember a day that I haven’t been interested in small businesses. Maybe my intrigue began while watching my dad run his construction company while having the freedom to take long family vacations and coach our sports teams. Or maybe it was when I worked in a stationery & gift shop in Athens, GA during my years at UGA where I saw firsthand how our creativity could serve others directly. 

    Possibly, my interest in small business was just one of those things Divinelly woven into my personality that formed who I am today. 

    Each year that I run this little shop called Fleecher (a nickname I acquired in the 7th grade), I uncover more of this deep passion for small business and notice more of my own unique giftings to serve them well. My goal for each business or nonprofit that we serve is that they learn to become their own brand manager—empowered to make decisions on behalf of the brand they have built so that it can flourish. I love reminding our partners that the most transformative parts of their branding experience *don’t* actually include designing a logo; they are building the strategy that precedes visuals and creating the systems that keep things consistent. Chances are good that any small business actually skipped these steps entirely, creating a web of confusion that the leader carries with him or her each day.

  • As the resident marketing girl of FLEECHER, you can usually find me doing a little bit of everything around here. While my main job revolves around email campaigns, social media marketing, and website designs for our team and our clients, I am also the go-to for photography and keeping the rest of the team up to date on all the latest trends. I even made an email series dedicated to keeping everyone in the loop on what’s happening in the digital world which you can subscribe to using the sign up in our footer ;) A shameless plug.

    Since joining this team in 2018, it is crazy to think back of at all of the things FLEECHER has been since then – a hand lettering studio, a design team that took on every type of project imaginable, a branding studio focusing on small businesses, to discovering our true strength as a team that revolves around helping brands expand their impact through strategy and design – with each season leading to a team that is more confident and authentic in our offerings.
