I never truly understood why I felt the need to leave my stable to design job to explore the freelance world. Until now.

As designers, our job is to take our client’s ideas and turn them into a reality using the rules of strong design. Some of these designs may not be portfolio-worthy, and that is a-ok. So, how do we go about putting space between those designs and our ego?

How I learned to answer the question, "Hey, can you do this?"

As a creative, we need variety in our work or else we may find ourselves facing a creative block.
