Social Media Manager

Are you a brand strategist type who gets excited at the possibility of impact through social media? Do you understand brand identity, storytelling, and the wild west of Instagram and Tiktok?

We’re FLEECHER, a design studio that obsesses over refining and activating custom brand strategies for our clients, and we need a Social Media Manager who gets it.

This isn't a 9-to-5 grind. We're about impact, not hours. We've replaced the hourly clock with clear objectives and a flexible schedule that lets you work when you're most creative.

Here’s the breakdown:

For us/

  • Socials: You'll be the creative force behind Fleecher’s social platforms (Instagram & Facebook), showcasing our design expertise and killer portfolio. This is your chance to tell our brand story through visuals and captions. You'll create one post per week, engage with our community, and keep our profile links fresh. We'll check in monthly to talk shop, analyze trends, and plan our next move.

  • Email: You'll craft monthly emails using Mailchimp that feel less like a newsletter and more like a conversation driver. Our email goal is simple: to keep our clients inspired with case studies, industry trends, and our own expert tips.

  • Blog: Repurpose some of our best content into blog posts to expand our brand's reach.

For our clients/

  • Socials: You'll step into our clients' brands and become their social media secret weapon. For each client, you'll craft two posts per week that align with their brand voice and goals. You'll work with their provided assets and stay on top of their latest news to create content that’s authentic and engaging. You'll also manage client relationships, hopping on a monthly Zoom call to brainstorm ideas and report on your social wins.

  • Communication: You’ll manage a FLEECHER/ email address, available to respond to clients within two business days. Your role is to be a responsive and reliable partner, helping to manage client expectations and communication.

  • Icing on the cake: You’ve used platforms like HeyOrca or similar.
