From Quick Start Logo to Thoughtful Branding

A voice for integrated living and reconciling community.

In October, we received a Quick Start Logo order for a fresh new brand. Bethaney Wilkinson, founder of The Diversity Gap, needed a logo to represent her personal brand as a thought leader. With her budget tight but her vision clear, we were able to create a unique logo for her to use in the years to come.

I’m obsessed with how this is coming together. I feel like I’ve been wanting and waiting for a brand that felt this good and true to me for a long time. And I’m so thankful to be creating this with you.

Brands need more than logos.

With her business vision at the helm, Bethaney purchased the Branded Stationery Suite to put her shiny new logo on business cards, letterheads, and notecards.

Strong systems make strong brands.

As a Plywood team member, Bethaney understood the importance of a consistent brand. Any of our branding clients will tell you that a Visual Identity System is a design system connecting visuals to the business vision. It not only promotes consistency, but it empowers you, the business owner, to easily delegate tasks to design and marketing experts.

This system included a pinpointed Brand Archetype, a Google Font duo to compliment the brand, and a curated batch of Creative Market templates to implement.

We love how Bethaney was able to bundle a few Deliverables to make this project her own.

Keep an eye out for her brand launch over on Instagram. Bethaney is one of the most brilliant women we know, and we’re thrilled to have had the opportunity to partner with her on her brand design!
