First Draft: 2 concepts. Choose 1 concept and give any feedback for the next draft.
Second Draft: Refined concept with feedback implemented from the first draft. From here, you provide us with any final revisions before we present you with the final art.
Final: At the close of the project, we’ll email all files and any project-specific DIY guidelines.
Communication & Delivery: All communication, drafts, and final files are digital and will be delivered to the [1] email address provided.
Payment & Timeline: Your full payment today reserves your spot in our production schedule to receive design concepts within 5 business days. Expect an additional 48 hours between sending feedback and receiving your final draft. (Please note: we keep normal Monday-Friday business hours. Weekend days are not included in your timeline.)
Refunds: All projects are custom to each client, meaning our real designers spend real time creating for you. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds at this time.
