Process: Our proven design process from a decade designing for do-good brands.
First Draft: Review 2 templates. Choose 1 template style and give any feedback for the next draft.
Second Draft: Refined concept with your custom info implemented into a Squarespace trial site. From here, you provide us with any final revisions before we present you with the final art.
Final: At the close of the project, we’ll email all files and any project-specific DIY guidelines.
Communication & Delivery: All communication, drafts, and final files are digital and will be delivered to the [1] email address provided.
Payment & Timeline: Your full payment today reserves your spot in our production schedule to receive template choices within 2 business days. Expect an additional 5 work days between sending your choice and receiving your next draft. (Please note: we keep normal Monday-Friday business hours. Weekend days are not included in your timeline.)
Refunds: Any custom concepts and mockups remain property of Fleecher Designs, LLC, and may not be used in variation or likeness in any way unless selected for your project. All projects are custom to each client, meaning our real designers spend real time creating for you. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds at this time.
