Process: Expect 3 logo concepts and 2 color palettes to choose from. From there, you have 1 revision round for any logo feedback. Final files include 3 logo variations—icon only, business name (called your “logotype”), and primary logo (icon + logotype together, approved in our design process).

Communication & Delivery: All communication, drafts, and final files are digital and will be delivered to the [1] email address provided.

Payment & Timeline: Your full payment today reserves your spot in our production schedule to receive logo concepts within 48 hours. Expect an additional 48 hours between sending feedback and receiving your final draft. (Please note: we keep normal Monday-Friday business hours. Weekend days are not included in your timeline.)

Refunds: We are a small shop with real designers spending time creating just for you! Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds at this time.
