First Draft: 2 concepts. Choose 1 concept and give any feedback for the next draft.
Second Draft: Refined concept with feedback implemented from the first draft. From here, you provide us with any final revisions before we present you with the final art.
Final: At the close of the project, we’ll email all files and any project-specific DIY guidelines.
Communication & Delivery: All communication, drafts, and final files are digital and will be delivered to the [1] email address provided.
Payment & Timeline: Your full payment today reserves your spot in our production schedule to receive design concepts within 5 business days. Expect an additional 48 hours between sending feedback and receiving your final draft. (Please note: we keep normal Monday-Friday business hours. Weekend days are not included in your timeline.)
Refunds: All concepts and mockups remain property of Fleecher Designs, LLC, and may not be used in variation or likeness in any way. All projects are custom to each client, meaning our real designers spend real time creating for you. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds at this time.
